Can I change my address on my online order once I have placed it?
Once an order is confirmed, we regret that you cannot change the delivery address. Please cancel the order and re-order it using the correct address. If your order has already been dispatched, please contact our Customer Services
I have forgotten my password. What should I do?
Go to Sign In and click on 'Forgotten your Password'. We will email you a reset password link.
Do I need to open an account to place an order online?
Yes, you need to open an account. Opening an account not only speeds up the order process, but it also means you can see your Order History, save your personal and payment details, as well as save your favorites items to a Wish List.
How do I know if my order has been placed?
Upon completion of your order, a confirmation email with the details of your order, will be sent to you. Please ensure your checkout process is complete until you reach the page containing your order number. If you did not receive your email confirmation, please check your spam folder. If you did not receive it at all, please email us at support@armariomodesto.com with your correct email address and one of our customer service representatives will be happy to assist you.
I forgot to enter my promo code. What can i do?
Unfortunately we cannot enter codes manually after an order has been placed. You’ll have to save it for your next order.
I've just placed my order, can i change it?
As our orders are dispatched quickly, we are unable to cancel or change the details in your order once it has been placed. We apologize for any inconvenience.
How do i track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a link that you can use to track the progress of your delivery. We will also send you email updates along the way, so you know exactly when to expect it. You can also log into your account to check the status of your order.
What if my order has not been delivered?
All orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days. Please ensure that you check the tracking number of your order and stay up to date via the tracking app or your tracking email confirmation. If after contacting the courier service, you still need assistance locating your order, feel free to contact us at support@armariomodesto.com and one of our representatives will be happy to assist you.

How do i process a return?
Please click here for steps on how to easily process your return. Any items from our Hijab, undercap, scrunchies and prayer sets in Final Sale and your request will be rejected. If there is a defect in your order, please email us at support@armariomodesto.com and one of our representatives will gladly assist you.
I received a damaged item. What do i do?
In the rare event that the item you received is not in pristine condition [we're truly sorry!] Please contact our team with a photo of the damage before sending the product back. Our team will gladly assist you with reshipping the item out to you in a timely manner.
Do you issue store credit?
Unfortunately no, you can opt for refund or exchange of product instead.
I’m not sure what size to buy, what should i do?

I've seen an item but i cannot seem to find it online?
If you see an item on our social media pages but do not see it on our website, then the item is out of stock. We understand how frustrating this can be so it is likely your favorite items may restock. You can sign up to receive text or email notifications by hitting the "Notify Me When Available" button on the right side of the sold out product page to be notified when we restock. Be sure to sign up for our newsletter in the pop up or on the bottom of each page where you will receive information on restocks, new drops and exclusive promotions.
